Dr. Ranga Reddy Sirigiri

Dr Sirigiri is an Ear Nose Throat - Head and Neck Surgeon with special interest in Paediatric otolaryngology, Otology, and Cochlear Implant Surgery. Dr Sirigiri has more than 10 years of post-fellowship experience and gained wide experience in full breadth of paediatric and adult ENT surgeries.


Dr. Sirigiri holds fellowship with Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery (ENT Surgery) in Australia, USA and India. He graduated from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal in India in 2000. He was trained in post graduate ENT surgery at one of the prestigious tertiary care centres of India - Govt ENT Hospital, an exclusive ENT hospital of its kind affiliated with Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad in India. He pursued his advanced training of Paediatric Otolaryngology fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Michigan, Detroit, USA. This is one of the biggest children’s hospitals in Midwest USA, catering the needs of patients from 3 different states, Michigan, Illinois, and Iowa. It’s affiliated with Detroit Medical Centre and Wayne State University School of Medicine. His advanced training also involved work at Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne.

He worked as consultant ENT surgeon and Assistant Professor in India before moving to USA for his fellowship and later migrated to Australia. Currently working in Dubbo, Tamworth, and Goulburn as a senior VMO- ENT Surgeon, Operating at both Dubbo Public, Private and Forbes District hospitals. He visits Tamworth fortnightly and operates at Tamara Private Hospital. His consulting rooms are in Dubbo, Tamworth, Forbes and Goulburn.


Dr. Sirigiri offers full breadth of paediatric and adult ENT surgeries. He is a strong advocate of Coblation Intracapsular Tonsillectomy, which has significant benefit of less post operative pain and bleeding. He is also promoting Cochlear Implant surgery at regional hospitals, Dubbo Private Hospital and Tamara Private Hospital, closer to home avoiding long trips to Sydney.


He is a member of ASOHS- Australasian Society of Otolaryngology- Head and neck Surgery, CIGI- Cochlear Implant Group of India, AOI- Association of Otolaryngologists of India.


He is affiliated with University of Sydney, School of Rural Health as Hon. Senior Clinical Lecturer with great passion and interest in education of junior staff, medical students, and surgical registrars.
